Welcome to a transformative Wellness Journey! 

Escape to the serene beauty of Glenwood Springs, CO, for a 4-day retreat designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. Travel from Denver on a scenic Amtrak Zephyr train and immerse yourself in holistic therapies, including acupuncture, water Release Therapy (WRT), rolling sessions, and so much more.

Friday:

• 8:45 am Zephyr to Glenwood Springs CO.
• Ear seeds and magnets for travel(on us)
• Acupuncture session on the train
• Yampah Vapor Cave Experience
• Cocktail/Mocktail at Hotel Colorado
• Focused Rolling Session
• Opening Ritual
• Gift Bags

Saturday:

• Awaken & roll(focused session on hands, feet, body)
• Breakfast-Included
• WRT Session- Please look for your scheduled time.
• Admission to Glenwood Springs Public Pool. Hours :9am-9pm
• Drop in Classes throughout day

Sunday:

• Breakfast-Included
• Sunday Rolling Class 9am-10:15am
• Individual integration sessions-scheduled throughout the day
• Sunday Group Dinner out on the town(if meal is Greater then $50, please cover additional costs.
• Optional afternoon activities: additional fee $Glenwood springs Adventure park and Gondolas
• Iron Mountain Hot springs
• Shopping in downtown Glenwood Springs
• Monday:
• Awaken & Roll Class
• Closing Ritual
• Breakfast-Included
• Pack N Prepare for Trainseeds and magnets available for travel(on us)
• Train heads back to Denver, CO, at 11:45 am
• Arrives to Denver CO at 6:30 pm

Price: $1,325 per person

• Includes accommodations, round-trip Amtrak Zephyr fare, all included activities, gift bag, and specified meals.

Payment Options:

• Pay in Full:$1,275(save $50)
• $300 deposit + 5 monthly payments of $205 (May 1st-Sept 1st, 2025)
• $150 deposit + 6 monthly payments of $196 (May 1st- Oct 1st 2025)
• Please let me know what option you would like, or go ahead and pay in full.
• Also, I will be offering trip insurance.  Please let me know if you would like to purchase this, and I will add it to the total.
